Learn More About Our Industrial Gaskets

At Industrial Gaskets & Sealants (IGS), we manufacture industrial gaskets and resell many sealant and adhesive products. We work only with premium quality materials and products from established Australian businesses.

Our family business aims to bring you the high-quality gasket manufacturing you need regardless of the area of use. Choose Industrial Gaskets & Sealants as your one-stop gasket supplier.

About the Materials We Use During Gasket Manufacture

Here are some notable aspects of our rubber gaskets materials and manufacturing:

  • We can manufacture a wide range of full-face for flange and pipe or blind (blank) face gaskets to meet the requirements of any application you have in mind.
  • We can manufacture ring-type gaskets. Our stocks consist primarily of 1.5mm Compressed Non-Asbestos Fibre (CNAF) ANSI 150 Ring Gaskets from DN25 to DN150. However, we also carry some ring-type gaskets in different thicknesses and sizes.
  • We manufacture using our rubber sheeting material while keeping to AS4087-2004, AS2129-2000, ANSI, JIS and DIN standards.
  • We can also manufacture custom rubber gaskets for most areas of application. We prefer to work with DXF or DWG files if you want custom gaskets. Once we have these files, we will get your gaskets to you within a reasonable time at affordable prices.
